My allergist just moved to Maryland. I struggle with eczema, chronic hives, easy anaphylaxis, and chemical allergies. I was excited because the doctor has an appointment available next week for new patients and my insurance does not require referrals. This place canceled my appointment the day of for the second time in a row. I do not recommend you use this office, go a to Henry ford or McLaren doctor instead, It’s true what people say about memorial healthcare.
The Dr and all his staff are wonderful!! I tell all my friends and family about this place. If you are like me and allergic to dozens of things both indoor and outdoor I highly recommend making the time and $ investment in allergy shots. This has really been a huge help to me!! Wish I would’ve done this years ago!
We were turned away when we arrived exactly 10 minutes after our appointment time after a terrible ordeal trying to find the place (would have been on time, but my GPS took me to two incorrect locations). No sympathy or flexibility. We live so far away from this clinic, we will not be returning.
