Office is very professional. They answer your questions & are also polite & friendly.
I had a blood draw today for lab work. The phlebotomist was excellent, as always. Not only is she pleasant, she is extremely efficient. I experienced no discomfort what so ever. I think a person with a fear of needles would do well here. Memorial Health University Physicians Primary in Bluffton is definitely my lab of choice.

From the time I stepped in the door, until I left, everyone was efficient, took care of business and listened to me.
First, the Bluffton, SC provided us with a preferred location ten minutes from our home; versus a 45 minute drive. Secondly, staff was friendly and helpful. Thirdly, we only waited a couple of minutes to be called. Finally, the heptologist was professional and quick. I didn't even feel the stick. I have had issues elsewhere, where they can't even find a vein.
