No waiting for lab draw. Excellent plebotomist, friendly people, great office
From the time I stepped in the door, until I left, everyone was efficient, took care of business and listened to me.
First, the Bluffton, SC provided us with a preferred location ten minutes from our home; versus a 45 minute drive. Secondly, staff was friendly and helpful. Thirdly, we only waited a couple of minutes to be called. Finally, the heptologist was professional and quick. I didn't even feel the stick. I have had issues elsewhere, where they can't even find a vein.
At Memorial Health, everyone there is nice and kind, the wait is never too long, and my Dr. Karen Morgan is Very Knowledgable and the Best!
Friendly and polite staff and drs. Very thorough and made it clear what my next steps should be. Had a bit of a wait in the morning but not too bad.
