Appreciate Dr. Piya but the staff in the office is horrible. Communication horrible and unprofessional. Adding on the staff HOLLY THE OFFICE MANAGER is very rude, unprofessional, and lacks compassion for the patients that attend here. *UPDATE: Here at my appointment time and Charlie Baker the medical administrator that sits at the desk DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Terrible communication at this office. Extremely disappointed in the care they give here. They never answer their phones either, never get back to you when you need answers. Doctor genuinely seems like he could care less when it comes to his patients. As a first time mom bringing my child here was such a bad experience.
I genuinely thought this place was good until they started revealing their true colors. They don’t answer the phone even when it’s something serious regarding your child that can result in your child having learning problems. My child is only 3 months and no one has tried to find a solution for hypothyroidism in my child. Dr piya doesn’t listen to his patients when someone is telling him about their child that they’re with 24/7. He stated the bloodwork they took was fine. However, I looked and it wasn’t at all fine.
