Worst clinic I have ever been referred to .
I have called this office repeatedly over the last several months, left voicemails, and used the Contact Us form on their website. I have never reached a single person. Are there people working here? Do they even see patients? I wouldn't know, because I've never been able to speak to a single soul there.
Save yourself the hassle and travel to Macon. If you don’t believe me, read the other similar reviews. Doctor Piya seems great but the overall experience with the clinic was terrible. Poor communication outside of your actual appointment, office staff is seemingly non-existent, delayed hospital orders due to office problems. We switched to Velazquez in Macon and have been very happy.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a joke of an office with incompetent staff including the doctor. Does anyone here have a brain or know how to do their jobs? My daughter needed her prior authorization renewed for her weekly injections, I called 3 times to have the doctor and staff renew it. I called 3 weeks before she was out of meds and as soon as I was alerted by my insurance company that it needed to be renewed. I called on 3 different occasions to ask them to do it. She now is out of meds and I still cannot get ... read more
Appreciate Dr. Piya but the staff in the office is horrible. Communication horrible and unprofessional. Adding on the staff HOLLY THE OFFICE MANAGER is very rude, unprofessional, and lacks compassion for the patients that attend here. *UPDATE: Here at my appointment time and Charlie Baker the medical administrator that sits at the desk DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
