I can't speak over the phone because of cancer as a teenager, so I rely on text messages. I texted a few times. Number 1. I overpaid on copay, haven't recieved my refund. Number 2. Most importantly I was asking for help. My son is very small been on growth hormones 2 yrs, now the insurance was giving me problems. So when I texted and they answered back. NEVER can you reach a person!! Voicemails only. Leave a message and no response .

They NEVER answer their phones! They also ignore their digital message system. You can expect to wait at least 30-45min past your appointment times. The Dr. seems ok, but the hassle of trying to work with this office is a nightmare. I hate that this is the only provider the Army can send us to in this area. Fort Stewart families beware your going to drive an hour one way for nothing but absolute frustration.

I honestly dislike that this is my only option for a children’s endocrinologist because of insurance or distance purposes. The first appointment my daughter already said she missed her old doctor (he’s in a different state) and she doesn’t too much care for this one. There’s no understanding and if he sees her blood sugar is too high he’s, “here to help not judge” her and makes her feel as if it’s her fault whenever she follows by his plan and don’t sneak food even though he says she does I had to discontinue her Omnipod bec... read more
