Dr Mo and his staff are professional, kind, courteous, personable, thorough. Dr Mo is also all of these things. He is also consistent, he remembers information (that was provided by me at previous appointments). He is honest, has good opinions and solutions. He doesn't just treat the problem, he either gets to the source of the problem (and resolves) or he knows when deeper expertise is needed and he makes sure that referral process is easy and then he follows up re: results. This was my first visit to this office and it went very well. The staff was friendly and I think I will get along with my new PCP.
Polite and efficient staff.
Dr Mo is compassionate and caring and always listens and asks questions. The staff are very helpful in getting you an appointment when you have an issue.
