My daughter was taken to Memorial Health via ambulance after a severe head-on collision in Bluffton a few weeks ago. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff from the ER, critical care units, nurses (especially Katrina, Sareka, Maddie, Zee, and Glory), techs, doctors, cleaning staff, and food service staff. We are extremely grateful to each and every one. Thank you again for taking great care of my daughter and my family during a very difficult time. She is home and recovering well!! Forever grateful

....Surgical staff, Anesthesia, all professional, above and beyond all expectations. Sadly, nursing staff once on floor worst I have ever.experienced, Sent letter to CIA of Memorial to be informed that they would invesitgate my experience and respond. Spoke personally with WendypATIENT LIAISON twice and was assured my care would be addressed and investigated. To date neither has responded.
