My husband had triple bypass surgery on Friday and the care he received was beyond my expectations!!! Was so overwhelmed with the pending surgery and visiting restrictions, but it all went without any problems!!! Thank you to all the staff who played apart in my husbands care!!!
So....I was coming down my steps and came down on my right leg all wrong. The only way I can describe it is it felt like a HORRIBLE ECHOING CHARLIE HORSE from my hip all the way to my foot. I took some advil, propped up my leg and thought I would be able to get back to chores in the morning. I woke up and could not move my right leg without excruciating pain. There was some staff that was very helpful, but some were not helpful. The patient was to be walked often. We mentioned the lack of care because he was only walked 2 or three times a day. After there was a complaint, he was walked every 1-2 hours, which helped in recovery. Also another patient was yelling for someone to help her for 2 hours while techs visited outside her door.
