These are the most incompetent people I think I've ever experienced Ella, the tech is the only person here that goes above and beyond the call of duty. And one of the nurses, jane, was the only other person that had any sense around here
I was cared for with concern, dignity, and respect. Thank you so much to my nurses Gay, Abby, Caleb, Allana, Christina, and Brooklyn. Dr. Narla is amazing as is the cardiac team. Everyone works so well together to make a difference in those they are caring for. B-6 has amazing people I will not go to another hospital or emergency room except Memorial. I always receive exceptional care. Whether it is my heart doctor, my Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, or any doctor I've seen in the ER.
I cannot say enough positive comments on the treatment I received during my stay. EVERYONE with one exception was wonderful, caring & made a difficult time easier. The food was great & staff on the 3rd floor superior. Thank you so much!
I just had open heart surgery full open heart I had a valve replaced. And every single one of the nurses doctors and employees there acted above board unbelievably professional and kind. I've never in my life experienced the kind of love from a hospital that have experienced here. They were $140,000% on top of their game every time I needed something I got it they were there every day all day making sure I took my walks making sure I had my pain medication my heart medication. You never know when you owe them money they take 6 months to bill you for a copay or you just get a call from collections to make a payment why can’t I just pay my copay at the time of visit?
