Such an unprofessional hospital pathetic!
Absolutely most disrespectful front desk lady ive met in 38 years. And to too it off î came all the way here for nothing. The place did nkt evem answer the 11xs ive called snd î came fkr nust a sleep study! So god forbid you have something seriously wrong with you. Even the guys at the front vale entrance were rude. Sad man really sad
Rooms are half the size of Saint John’s. Nurses no dress code. They are a very controlled staff. A very uncomfortable place. Just as was 40 years ago trust go to Saint John’s hospital
My 85-year old father was a recent patient at Springfield Memorial Hospital for 18 days. Communication was terrible amongst the different teams treating my dad. One team would say he was medically able to go home, although he was still being treated by other teams, so my dad very confused when he heard he could go home and another team would come in to tell him otherwise.
