Unprofessionalism
Surgery team and recovery were great! The PACU nurses however one tells you one thing another does something else then sits in room complaining about nurse before her. No one can figure how to work the monitors in the room. 4 nurses and no one is trained how to do their jobs.
I had a video EEG here recently and it was a very good experience. Especially considering I had no idea what to expect going into it. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The Neurology unit and nurses were all great.

I’m highly disappointed. I was seen here, as a second choice because my insurance card hadn’t come in. I have valid health concerns that were bypassed, and basically skated over without actually going through my symptoms. They treated me like a liar. Like someone just seeking drugs and I literally just want to know why I’m hurting this bad. I have never had such a bad experience just trying to figure out my health.
