Came for a sleep study. Marie in the sleep lab was very sweet and did an excellent job and was always ready for all of my questions and requests.
If I could rate this a ZERO! It would be!!!! I went to the ER last Friday night and was as admitted Saturday morning. I was having chest pain, it was in my left arm and tightness in my chest. They gave me a lot of different medicines, took blood so many times and I had to wait till yesterday to get discharged. All because they wanted to do a ct scan to look at my coronary arteries. I am writing this review specifically for a nurse named Olivia who works on 6E IMC floor at Memorial Hospital. My father in law has been in and out of the hospital since December when he suffered a stroke. On his most recent visit here we have been very lucky to have Olivia taking care of him the majority of the time he has been here. She is absolutely wonderful. Her work ethic is above and beyond. The emergency department discharged my daughter, 33, who has serious medical issues, and told her to walk home. It's a 5 mile walk. The charge nurse, Ally, said she (nurse) would not be 'manipulated' into arranging transportation home for my daughter. (Insurance provides transportation when requested by the hospital) She lied and said there were no social workers available to help with a transportation request.
