The techs here have been rude to our loved one & are acting like we’re an inconvenience to them. Turning call bell off several times when needing help and answering it rudely. As a CNA this is highly unacceptable and rude.. have some respect of others . We understand being short staff and having many patients is hard but this is not how you treat a patient.

I have been here many times and the employees are fantastic. They are caring and hard working. "I am writing this because my experiences at Memorial Hospital (and Taylorville Memorial) have been nothing short of traumatizing. When I arrived after being poisoned and assaulted, I was sent away without receiving the necessary treatment. I was told recently that Memorial would treat me better, but that has been a total lie. I suffer from severe, debilitating migraines caused by spinal issues, and the only 'care' I received was being sent home with pain patches while being treated with extreme disrespect.
