Went in for a procedure yesterday where they shoot dye into your femoral artery to check for blockages in your feet one of the nurses named Mark he was in C1 was really friendly and helpful and I wanted to say so in a review so that everyone knows how wonderful he is and how much I appreciate it our conversation and his professionalism
It has been awhile since I had to walk around this hospital, but today I had to be a few different places in the hospital. I could not believe the amount of trash a dirt on the floors. Even in departments that had little to no traffic. I even asked a desk worker if they still had a cleaning crew, and she informed me she thinks they have down sized or something. She said they rarely come in her department to clean. Sad this place was the cleaner of the two for years. Shame they can't even keep the hallways clean. Just my 2 ce... read more
Bad experience! Whoever answers the call light needs to take a class on how to be nice and not treat patients like an inconvenience and hang up on you every time you hit the call light and one time even yelling at me like I was in trouble!
Arrived for testing, quick, responsible staff. Virtually no waiting but it was 8am so....
Larry McAfee 09/29/26 procedure Went in to have SVT ablation due to Dr. Williams request. Very prompt on taking me back for prep. Mark was my prep nurse. He was very thorough and pleasant. Was delayed in surgery no fault of Dr. Williams. After surgery I had Merilynn and Kris and they were AWESOME. Please let these people know and are appreciated.
