Wife is pregnant and had to be hospitalized for 5 days due to hyperemesis. She has been nauseous and vomiting again, for two appointments in a row they have forgotten to request refils for her after she spoke to them and they said they would. Today we overheard the nurse through the door mentioning leaving early, so of course they rushed through the appointment and forgot to request the prescription after they said they would. The two receptionists were rude to me… seems they show favoritism….Lobby was full Came in a few minutes late as a new patient from a 40 minute drive from where I live… (7 months pregnant) approached the window just to have them stare at me like an alien and tell me my appointment would have to be rescheduled one of women took forever to come from back room to get that information from doctor…I called a few days before to see if I could bring my 3 year old they were annoyed with his crying because I woke him from his nap…so t... read more
