After several phones calls trying to get my stress test scheduled I was ready to give up. On the 5th call I spoke with Angie. What a difference. She made it happen. Thanks to Angie for being my hero.
I have been a patient of Dr Giles through multiple heart attacks. I respect his ability and this extends to Robert and Jeannie. However, the ladies at the front desk are the rudest I have dealt with. When I went in to get copies of my records for insurance reasons, they told me I would have to contact the billing office, but refused to give me their phone number, would not contact them etc... While I appreciate the doctors the nursing staff is rude unprofessional and if I have an appointment I don’t expect to be sitting around for half an hour. My time is valuable far to valuable to just sit around and wait on a doctor who can’t follow up on their schedule then be talked to the way the ignorant staff talks to people
Ok I'm a new patient here. So please bare with me my primary care physician referred me to this place the wait to see the Dr was an hour. Upon coming here I noticed that the parking lot was rather short. So to was the office where you first enter there was a small portable AC and there also was plenty of chairs. The staff was very thorough. Upon being in one of the rooms I noticed a few things. 1 A dent in the lower part of the wall near the door. 2 marks on the wall sort of like pencil drawings. 3 small hand print.
