I am grateful for Dr Giles doing the procedure but that's where it stops. They changed my follow up apt and quadruple booked the slot and I sit there for over an hour waiting. Fine, whatever. My big issue is that the surgeon, the NP, the Cath Lab Manager and the ICU nurse all stressed how critical it was for me not to miss even one dose of the anti-coagulant after my stents was placed. The doctors are nice but nurse staff at front desk very rude been and hang up on you ,you get everything late and they won't call you back. Very sad

After several phones calls trying to get my stress test scheduled I was ready to give up. On the 5th call I spoke with Angie. What a difference. She made it happen. Thanks to Angie for being my hero.

I have been a patient of Dr Giles through multiple heart attacks. I respect his ability and this extends to Robert and Jeannie. However, the ladies at the front desk are the rudest I have dealt with. When I went in to get copies of my records for insurance reasons, they told me I would have to contact the billing office, but refused to give me their phone number, would not contact them etc...
