I have been using semaglutide compounded at Hallendale Pharmacy since February 2024 and have lost roughly 40 pounds in 8 months. I have changed my diet, reduced portion size and increased exercise. Side effects have been very difficult at times (nausea, vomiting, diahreha, constipation). I have lowered, stopped and raised the dose I'm taking multipe times at the direction of the clinic I use.
