I have had contact with the funeral home as a speaker for funeral discourses but also as a customer. When by brother in law passed away, he wanted to be buried in Reynosa, Tamps. (Mexico) and Memorial Funeral Home made all the arrangements to have his body transferred to the corresponding funeral from Mexico. Very good service and polite personal. My client's family was very happy with the service.
We talked to the funeral director named Veronica on a Friday. She said she would call back. We called her on Saturday when she didn't cal us. Again, she said she would call back. Today is Monday. we are still waiting for her phone call. Poor service at a crucial time.
