I have been seeing dr Gupta since I was a child and I have no intention on changing. He has always been kind, gets to a solution while keeping my preference of life style in mind.

I have now had a grand total of three visits to this office. My first visit gave me hope that I finally had found a facility that genuinely cares about my health and well-being. My second visit resulted in confused looks and on-the-fly research regarding preventative treatment and screenings family history of certain cancers. Now, on my third, and likely final, visit, I was essentially blown off and referred to a podiatrist for a simple issue. Not a single person or Dr in that office cares at all. My personal appointment was over an hour late. A person leaving was clearly experiencing a trauma or mental event and they watched her leave laughing, rather than helping. In my own appointment a nurse complained for 10 minutes abput that patient giving me details about her life which i did not want and about being required to wear a mask. My appointment with the Dr was interrupted so he could review something else for another patient instead of devoting time to the appo... read more
