I had scheduled a new patient eye exam 5 days in advance online. I get a message yesterday around noon stating to call them by 5pm to confirm my information. As many people do, I work full time and was not able to do this by 5pm. I then get a text this morning stating that I have an appointment today which is what I had planned for.
