It takes a lot for me to seek medical help. I have a broken tooth that is painful and my face is swollen. My jaw is so tender, and now my bottom lip has gone numb. The nurse taking my information was more worried about telling me what they can do is just a band aid and I need to see a dentist. Like no crap but its a Sunday, and I am showing some signs of sepsi symptoms, so here I am on my day off trying to get antibiotics lady. Can someone who actually cares to listen to people apply for these jobs?
The check-in staff is mediocre at best, but completely misinformed. Do not trust anything they tell you over the phone, I was told one thing prior to arrival only to be met with the complete opposite once inside. There was no explanation or accountability for this from anyone involved. My visit was concerning first trimester pregnancy, and I had to go alone, so I was understandably very anxious.
