When my father passed away, I got very depressed and was referred by my primary doctor to contact this place. I saw doctor Patel and had a horrible experience. He was rude with terrible listenning skills. The last time I saw him he was going on a trip and kept getting phone calls on his cell phone. Our meeting was on Zoom. Can you believe he turned off the mic so i couldn't hear him and answered the calls!!!! This was while I was talking and crying! horrible business. the front office staff are not only rude and disrespectful, but also flat out lie to your face. for a place that has high traffic for mentally ill patients, i am appalled at the severe lack of care given to the patients who go here. should be absolutely ASHAMED to even have the word “counselling” in the name. do not go here.

My doctor constantly calls in incorrect prescriptions if he calls them in at all. On numerous occasions he has prescribed the wrong mg for my medications. He has called in rx's that i no longer take, and he's even called in a medication that was not for me at all. It was for a different patient! Once he left me a voicemail, setb the phone down without hanging it up, and I overheard an entire appointment take place between him and another patient! Her name, meds, etc.

I had an amazing experience! The lady on the phone helped me set up an appointment and the paperwork was simple. I got in touch with a licensed psychiatrist and was prescribed my meds after being untreated for years. No issues with my insurance and all the staff were kind and respectful.

A more recent edit for 2023: still a patient for want of options. The employee I describe below is still there, and I know this because when I called the office after forgetting to ask Dr. Sheth for grief counseling referrals following a very sudden and traumatic event, I encountered her again and she proceeded to use the exact same condescending tone you might affect when talking to a very dim child to tell me that they do have a list of therapists, but wouldn't give me any information and would not explain why.
