RecommendedEasy check in, very nice staff at front desk. I filled out forms then sat in the waiting room. I was only waiting for 5 minutes when I was called by the nurse. The nurse and doctor were so nice, explained everything to me before any procedure was done.
RecommendedThe staff and Doctors are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility to anyone that has urinary problems. They have the knowledge to solve them.

I was so looking forward to seeing Dr. Rebecca McCreary in the hopes of finding a solution to my problem. Instead, she was rude, no bedside manner and made me feel like just a number.
I got no call about a very serious issue after a late night visit to the ER. Thank goodness for Dr VerMaas, who I saw a few days later, for getting me the help I needed. This hospital’s negligence could have killed me. My advice is to keep on driving...

RecommendedI myself see the doctors at MCHHS and also my family and extended family. They are brilliant and caring. I also use the Specialty Clinic for specialists and refer my patients there as well. I am very impressed with all of the doctors expertise. Our nurses are the best and our Walk In Clinic Providers are amazing too. I highly recommend MCHHS!
RecommendedDr. DeSouza diagnosed my son with cancer & got us connected to an amazing oncologist. My son went thru chemo & is a survivor. I will always be grateful for Dr. DeSouza & his staff. He took the time to explain our options, answered all my questions, and was very thorough with everything. He explained why he was doing what he was & how things would be.
