inexpensive in a great area The apartment complex I live in is the most inexpensive that I could find within the area. I am able to walk to Memorial Park, the public pool, tennis courts, as well as a great variety of tasteful restaurants. The apartments comply with all my needs. They will be demolished near April so I am going to enjoy it while it lasts. The staff here has been helpful and the neighbors are nice. Memorial club apartments Good price for an amazing location, that's about the only good thing. Very old, smelly, roach problem, gate is always broken and laundry room is always dirty/broken washers/coin machine.
