If you can work with Kate or Yolanda, it's great. Otherwise, forget it. My problem was not even addressed properly. Very unsatisfactory experience and I am a physician on the hospital staff!!
Don't confuse physical therapy with great doctor's office next door. First impression of the PT is more of a MASH unit with no privacy for initial consults, training tables side by side in a get to know your neighbor atmosphere but thought I'd try it once anyway. After filling out paperwork, I returned them to desk where receptionist was in a 15 minute personal phone call and couldn't muster the effort to make eye contact or take my personal records from public view at the desk.
