Had bloodwork.they were fantastic
DO NOT go to Memorial care on Dirksen! They do not care for their patients. I called Memorial Care on Dirksen twice to obtain my blood test results and regarding medicine my insurance denied. 27 days ago! I have heard nothing from them.
I will never go to this place again. An NP misdiagnosed me. Gave me the wrong antibiotic. Really sad.
Doctor wouldn't accept my wife because get this...She was 60 seconds past her apt time. Wow. Seconds count here at Memorial Care on Dirksen! Front staff was also incredibly rude. Not really surprised to hop on here to see them at 2 stars. What's Memorial doing with this place? Clearly evident there's zero leadership present here.
this place sucks at answering the phone. they automatically put you on hold because they are eating a bag of chip or something. you cant get through to anyone to ask a question. i was on the phone for over ten dang minutes. I will not go there
