We were thrilled to have Memoirs for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Taylor and the team collab-ed with us closely ahead of time and everything went seamlessly on the day. Our guests spoke so highly of the food and it's evident how much care they put into the entire dining experience. Would recco to anyone, wedding or otherwise.
My husband and I chose Memoirs for our special day at Paliku Gardens and they truly wonderful. We wanted to make sure the location, food, music and experience was excellent for our guests and Memoirs really went over and beyond. We actually didn't have time to fly out to Oahu before to try the food due due to family/circumstance (I know, so crazy), but everyone was raving about how good the food was - which is sadly somewhat rare during weddings. Would definitely recommend! We had about 130 guests and spent ~$100/per person
It has taken me three months to write this review because I knew no matter how hard I tried, I wouldn’t be able to do Memoirs justice. Food / guest experience was our top priority at our wedding, and Memoirs delivered an experience so extraordinary that it surpassed every (extremely high) expectation. I can’t express how thrilled we were with Memoirs Hawaii as our wedding caterer! We got married a little over a year ago, and our guests are still raving about the food and drinks! One of the best decisions me and my now husband made! We are based in New York, had a few tastings in Honolulu and chose Memoirs as our wedding caterers - Absolutely delicious food and superb service. We had Memoirs cater our wedding at Loulu Palm in Oahu.
