Very nice the people are friendly
Brennan was not very helpful and looked at me like I was stupid numerous times and did not take our budget seriously. He said we were denied financing because of my lack of proof of residency but that doesn't make sense because my cosigner has all the proof needed. Also, the bank approved us in person before we came an hour to this dealeriship. I think they didnt want to sell the car for what we talked them down to.
Had my key fob programmed at Memering Motorplex, and Shawn made the whole process easy. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything worked before I left. Excellent service!
