Be prepared to wait -- like days. Literally. I have utilized this service exclusively over the last few months and I'm done. I have tried to be seen 4 times in 3 days to no avail. And this isn't the first time I've gone through this. No one is ever available to see you. Customer service doesn't answer the phone unless you plan to wait on hold for 45 minutes. I logged in to request video visit . After waiting over an hour I received a phone call visit which was a joke. I know I have a throat infection and need antibiotics. This is time sensitive because I'm in Florida awaiting Hurricane Nicole and the pharmacy will be closing! The help i received- take zyrtec and "hunker down ". No help at all. $25 DOWN THE DRAIN.

Called and called this morning, no answer. Tried to sign up online, wanted to charge $67, even though it's supposed to be $10 with insurance. Now owned by Walmart, must be following that business model, no staff, cut costs etc

Called in at 12 pm for antibiotics for a small wound that had a red appearance, which I assumed was infection starting. Was told it would be 30 - 60 minutes before a provider reached out. 6 hours later I get the call.... the provider tells me that I need to go to the ER immediately, as this was a very severe infection and it could spread quickly, she couldn't prescribe me antibiotics due to the seriousness, etc. I paid $25 for a Dr to give me high anxiety and no meds. Worst website ever since Walmart took over. It hasn't properly worked in two weeks. No one has resolved this despite several outreach attempts via chat. What the heck is going on. I've tried to use this site on multiple platforms and none work
