I’m so glad I closed my account best decision I ever made! Had my first ever debit account made with them at 16 for 2 years and finally at 18 I was steady working ready for a credit card to build credit. Well Michelle I think her name is ( fat white lady) made that very difficult for me and displayed a very nasty racist attitude. I won’t ever do business somewhere where they hire people that don’t want to help you willingly. UPDATE: I received a reply about 5PM on 08/14/2022 to call Members First if I wanted to get the fees refunded, so I called just a few minutes after receiving the reply and was told they closed at 5, to call back before 5 the next day. I called at 4:40 today and was told they closed at 4:30. I should have expected no better. I opened a savings account with Members First about 20 years ago.
