Was a long term customer with Sterling/Comerica and was fed up with fees and poorly trained employees. Always hearing what could not be done. Moved to Members Trust and feel like I just came home. Amazing people who genuinely care about there customers. Always ready to help when asked and offer help even when not asked. All the personnel at the Houston branch are very well trained and extremely helpful.
