If you bank with them during a pandemic and send your loan payment 20 days before due date you will still be required to pay again else have a delinquency notice. There system is not smart enough or people to apply to correct due date forth coming. Never again will I bank with this credit union. All my money will be withdrawn.
Definitely recommend! Kara was so polite, she has excellent customer service! She is a great teller, made my day!! 🤗👍🏼
The tellers are always so friendly. The last time I had to call in for assistance with my mobile banking, Kara was such a big help in walking me through how to post payments to my accounts. 10/10 would recommend
