I have had no issues since they purchased our loan several years ago. I love the features on their mortgage dashboard to see if I pay additional, how much interest I can save or how many less payments I have. Their customer service is fantastic. The company that had my home owners insurance was bought out and they double my insurance premiums. An agent at the mortgage company called me when they saw the dramatic increase to verify that I wanted it paid before they sent the payment. I was grateful for this as I was not aware ... read more
Their website crashes constantly or certain features are unavailable due to errors, etc. They have a decent account dashboard, but when you try to update or make changes, they won't take effect. So, you call and they tell you to delete all your current info first, then enter the new info. You try that but the site won't load. I've been trying to update my payment/auto-pay for more than two months and still fighting it! It's ridiculous and unacceptable, but there is no recourse....
I take a $169,000 loan.. 2 months later, they sell my loan to pennymac.. They send me a notice.. Pennymac send me a notice to make an account with them.. I do.. I make the payment to them.. Members mortgage then sends me a late notice. Says I owe them one more payment.. I was in constant communication with them.. I give THEM another payment.. During the confusion they reported me to the credit.. I wish I had NEVER took a loan with this BS company
