Their website crashes constantly or certain features are unavailable due to errors, etc. They have a decent account dashboard, but when you try to update or make changes, they won't take effect. So, you call and they tell you to delete all your current info first, then enter the new info. You try that but the site won't load. I've been trying to update my payment/auto-pay for more than two months and still fighting it! It's ridiculous and unacceptable, but there is no recourse....
I take a $169,000 loan.. 2 months later, they sell my loan to pennymac.. They send me a notice.. Pennymac send me a notice to make an account with them.. I do.. I make the payment to them.. Members mortgage then sends me a late notice. Says I owe them one more payment.. I was in constant communication with them.. I give THEM another payment.. During the confusion they reported me to the credit.. I wish I had NEVER took a loan with this BS company
Great place to work with, everyone i've talked to is sweet and helpful! Website makes is SOO easy to make your payment and apply principle only payments, theres a nice tool too see how much you can pay extra and how many years in interest you are saving!

Always very professional and friendly. I enjoy talking with whoever answers my calls, even when USPS lost my payment. Looking forward to receiving another loan with them later this year.
