Been with this credit union for almost a decade. That said, I would not recommend anyone entrust their money, time or energy into relations with Members First. They are NOT there in hard times, no matter what they say. They are not helpful whatsoever. Stay away.
Very friendly and professional staff. Mika is very patient and always greet you with a smile. Great customer service. I am a regular customer at the Kentwood branch. Satisfaction each and every time.

After being turned away, I’ve confirmed that my non-profit's banking account does not need to be registered under my treasurer’s name. The treasurer is in place to manage funds with my permission, but it’s not a requirement for the account to be in their name.
