I had been with Fedcom before they consolidated with Members First. I was with them since 2008. I loved the point ideas they had an got some services free, however when they changed I was not so pleased with the new changes, however, I have since learned of new benefits they give their customers. I will keep my account there and see what else they have to offer for now. I do love the friendly faces and nice service I received when I come. Been with this credit union for almost a decade. That said, I would not recommend anyone entrust their money, time or energy into relations with Members First. They are NOT there in hard times, no matter what they say. They are not helpful whatsoever. Stay away.
