I’m serious when I say they care. Every time I’ve needed help they have been there for me. I am so grateful to this bank for their customer service! Ashley is superb and goes above and beyond for her clients to make their loan the best situation for you to fit your needs. I am so thankful to have them in our community!
Members first is number one to me. The people are polite and funny and know just how to make my day better.
Easy to deal with to get loans but give you charges on them after the fact and refuse to return your money. Most everyone in the facility is helpful and friendly but not a good way to get returning business.
Best Credit Union EVER!!! Anytime my husband and I need financial advice they are extremely helpful. Friendly staff. I'll never go anywhere else!

After being with another local credit for 7 yrs. I was lucky to have Kim H. to answer my call on the services and products I was looking for at my present C.U. Kim gave me more than what I asked for and sold me on Members First C.U. I was impressed by Kim and impressed with everyone at Members First at our meeting. Looking forward to giving Members First more of my banking business. Members First is my Credit Union!
Everyone there is very nice and Lindsey in the loan department is easy to work with!
