I DO NOT recommend trusting this company with your money or your best interest. Twice they have authorized activity on my account without my knowledge. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Oh my mother is on the board of this credit union... they openly refuse to help ANYONE through this pandemic. next time I'm in quincy ill be closing my accounts. I've never had such a horrible experience with a bank.
RecommendedI just signed up for a loan with Patty. She texted me so that I didn’t even have to call. The process of texting only took an hour or so. She even emailed me my paperwork so I could sign and not have to come in. You have no idea how much this helped me as a busy single mom it was the quickest and painless process ever. Everyone at the credit union is always so helpful. I cannot thank everyone enough!
We came to the credit union for an auto loan. We are extremely pleased with the ease and speed of the entire process. Debbie took care of us from day one and always answered every question we had. This was our first loan together and the credit union made it a breeze. We look forward to continuing our business here in the years to come.

In all honesty, I have had a rough financial past. Some things I could control, and some I couldn’t. I am finally making huge strides to improve my situation, and I needed a better vehicle. No one would give me a chance without a co borrower. Kim Harden worked so hard to get me approved for a new vehicle. Finally, a lender who believed in me enough to give me a chance. The staff here is amazing, and always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend Members First to anyone!
