We visited the Bethlehem branch to deposit a check our son was signing over to us. That part of our visit was easy peasy. Then....Yuly Arrubla Muniz enlightened us on the advantages of the 11 month CD and a money market account. Long story short, we left shortly thereafter fully satisfied with what we had accomplished.
