Recently stopped by to open an account for my new business. The awesome person who helped me was named Jess K., and she was an absolute customer service superstar. She helped me get my account opened swiftly, was extremely personable and most importantly transparent with the questions I had to ask (there were definitely a few ). I would highly recommend anyone utilize Members First due to their quick, friendly and professional services and staff!
Do NOT do business here. They are outdated and unprofessional setup. Transfers and payments are difficult, delayed, and sometimes fail. They will ding your credit score due to their incompetence.
