They are awesome
This place cannot get their appointments and walk ins organized .They are so slow that you have to wait for at least half hour to be seen and if you ask them why is taking them so long they become rude , disrespectful and condescending . If you confront them by using common sense ( which they don't have ) they start crying like little babies that need a diaper change. They don't care about your time , only about their money. They don't even bother to clean the urine stains on their toilet .Avoid them and find a better place.
I would like to leave a great review for member medical direct primary care. I have been in healthcare myself for many years and was so impressed by the care I received the office. Staff was amazing. Sarah Bertoli APRN took care of me and helped me with my annual physical she was professional and did an amazing job . She was very approachable and has an excellent bedside manner.
