I thought going to this company would be a good idea because I bank with public service and this is who they deal with. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Michele was the lady that received my application. She was horrible at communicating and responding to emails. I filled out an application for approval on 11/2/2020, here it is 12/1 and I still have not found out rather or not I was pre approved. Run fast if you are looking for a company that cares.

At the week of our process, the mortgage salesman was not responding to none of our emails. The office was not answering calls. So our offer to a house is accepted and this company didn't answer or return to our emails. They gave us approval letter and then no communication.

Applied in April 2020 for simple refi: LTV, credit report, income, all in the 1% range. Local credit union uses these morons to process home loans; took 6 months and two scheduled closings to get it done, both of which MFM failed to get loan documents to title company in time, and was billed nearly $1000 over original loan cost estimate.
