Absolutely the worst property management team I ever dealt with. I called multiple times, for information I needed to submit to my mortgage company for a refinance, only to be pushed around and not get the answer I need. Emailing them is just as useless, I emailed them roughly 8x only to be ghosted. I had to email the president and then I finally got a bland answer. Called for a work order on Monday. Have wasps getting inside my home. Called several times, left several voicemails, was told I would be called back. Now Thursday Afternoon and still no one has called back even though I called 12 times today alone. This is how someone is treated after never missing a payment for 4 years. Completely unprofessional.
