We’ve had such a positive experience with Melyn Management. Everything has been handled smoothly. A special mention has to go to Tracy, who is absolutely brilliant. she’s always available if we have any questions or problems, no matter the time, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Her friendly, approachable manner makes such a difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about tenants. We have been with Melyn Management for our 2 Rental properties and both have been amazing! Always kept in the loop when in the applying process and the service once you have moved into the property has always been fab! Any issues we have ever had have been sorted very quickly, Highly Recommended!

Can’t say enough good things about the place we rented from Melyn management!! The photos in the listing don’t do justice to the size of the house or to the incredible views from each floor. If there weren’t so much of north Wales to explore nearby, we easily could have spent each day of our stay enjoying the water views. The house was perfect for 3 adults and two kids but would easily be great for 3 couples as well, with lots of space in the ground floor kitchen and dining area and the first floor lounge area.
