Dealing with Faz and Bruno was easy. They were always available when an issue arose. At times i wasn't happy with parts of the Plan and I spoke to Faz and he assisted me in acheiving what I was wanted changed, He was helpful and compromising and presented some good suggestions. Some minor changes were done without any extra fees (which Builders can charge).
