If I could give this place zero stars I would, and if you're thinking about going here please do yourself a favor and use any other mechanic. These guys were a nightmare from the start. I brought by car in for a routine oil change and when I picked it up they had clearly broken a part off of the seat. They offered to fix it free of charge and I ended up coming back FIVE times before being told that it was now my fault and they would not repair the seat. Just awful mechanics.
I had a great experience here. They helped me pick the tire I needed, without trying to push more expensive models on me. Gary also saved me over $60 on another service I was going to have done at the Chevy dealer. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole visit. I plan on returning to them in the future and recommend them to everyone.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never return because of it. They lost a sale, did not care, gave nothing but an attitude, all because they lied about the tires they were selling me and do not know how to do their jobs properly, the tires were not what I was looking for and I had to take several trips up there only for them to still not get me what I was was very specific in asking for.
