I wrote a negative review about Dr Gayle while going thru emotional distress. I would like to apologize to him and anyone i affected in his practice. We all have different personalities that make us feel a certain way but that should not interfere w years of knowledge and extreme dedication to those needing help. The entire staff is spectacular. My name is Gina cranfill and I do apologize for my immaturity on the review I wrote prior.
Dr. Gayle needs to retire. He’s forgotten his reason choosing this profession after a thousand years. He is stone cold, money hungry , doesn’t allow laughter w staff( aren’t we there to b happy and find laughter) charges for every nickel abd time tgat insurance doesn’t pay abd for canceling for dads funeral. He runs from very kind confrontation and rebuts bad reviews to make reviews to make YOUR fault. If u can can have thick enough skin to have his appointment.
