Horrible Agent! This man is getting old and he is not involved in his business at all. He has an assistant who apparently is always "out to lunch" - it literally does not matter what time you call, he will be "out to lunch". On top of that, they give you a quote, you pay it in full and then turn around and say, "oh we forgot about this, you owe us more money". Then when you complain they tell you "Not to get smart with them". Do not waste your time, get another agent...Melvin Patrick is a disaster!
Asked about non-owner car insurance and he said that state farm don't offer it. Called another agent, and they were happy to help me
