I ordered 4 yards of mulch and paid at the time ordered. When the mulch was delivered it did not appear to be anywhere near the amount ordered and paid for. When I called to question the amount I was simply told that the driver knows what he is doing. I also spoke with the driver who claims it was the correct amount without any effort to confirm the amount delivered. I was not offered any resolution other than I am wrong and they are right. Just received our topsoil delivery. Ordered online Wednesday, recieved an email confirmation next day. Load was scheduled on the day we requested. Driver was super conscious of where he was in our driveway in regards to the house and the tarp we had put out. He even adjusted the tarp to me sure our driveway was covered. Would definitely recommend Melvin Mulch.
Fantastic prices, great delivery! I preordered and set a delivery for three tons of rocks with instructions to back into the yard. Great follow through on delivery instructions. I was then in need of more rocks as I made a last minute decision to do another part of the yard. They were able to deliver same day another three tons of a different rocks within two hours! Great service.
When situation came up with the mulch we had ordered from them, they handled it super professionally. Without getting into details, they proved their superior customer service. They definitely earned our repeat business! It's always easy to leave a review for somebody when you've had a bad experience (not to discount other people's experiences with this company).

I've ordered from this company for years and always had great service, but something has changed. A new person is handling the phones. I called three times today and waited on hold over 20 minutes each time, then finally left a message. Finally I placed the order on line requesting next day delivery (in their site it says they pride themselves in same/next day deliveries and that has always been my experience).
