Unprofessional environment, doctor is constantly running behind - plan to waste half your day waiting on him to catch up. Go somewhere else!
Dr Frecker is an excellent eye doctor. My family has had eye care there for 20 years. He has the latest technology and is very current with medical updates.
Dr. Frecker is kind and caring, is easy to work with, and has provided excellent care for our family.
This doctor took it upon himself without our permission to make an appt. for our son the next day, then sends us a text about an appt that we didn't even know about that had been missed, and had enough nerve to send a text saying this is why he doesn't like to accept new patients - because they miss appointments! Excuse me? Maybe you could NOT make an appointment without any warning, and maybe no one would miss their appointment!
