I just got home from a 3 hour painful tour to the MD, Imaging Center and CVS in Hamlin PA. I left the MD office around 3:15 and was told my pain medicine and Medrol dose pack was faxed. After Imaging STAT to rule out a broken knee we arrive at CVS to be told a fax is no longer accepted. WHY Did they not call me or my doctor in the 2 hours before the office closed. I now have to suffer through the night. Their reply we will call in the morning. I am in excruciating knee pain and their service is horrible. They don't care
