Dr Herd is a very caring individual. He's been willing to work with my situation and give me excellent advice and care. I have been able to schedule appointments in a somewhat timely manner, and on the times when I couldn't get in to him as fast as I needed I was able to schedule a phone visit with him. He knows what he's talking about, and when he doesn't he's willing to do some research. I have been incredibly grateful for his care and concern.
