Can never get through to make an appointment it's a shame cause im happy with Dr coats but it's the office staff that never answers the phone.
Dr.Coats is a great Doc. Very knowledgeable and reliable and has always been able to help with various health issues I've had. Been a patient with him for many years now. The staff is also really responsive and caring . Would definitely recommend to family and friends especially those in the greater Whittier area.
Such a shame. Of you are serious about your health then avoid this office forever because you will suffer huge disappointment. Sadly, the doctor is nice however the office staff are so bad you actually will get better service from the Department of Motor Vehicles or the IRS! Yes the office personnel are the very worst I have ever experienced and I'm not talking about a one time visit.
