Tennessee Valley Pediatric has no respect for parents or patients rights. Because of the risks associated with administering multiple vaccines simultaneously, especially when given at the young age of two months old, we adhere to an alternative vaccination schedule. Our children will receive their vaccines, but they will not receive more than 2-3 at a time. We also delay vaccines for a few more months. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I will not recommend this doctor to anyone! He was very dishonest and the whole staff at front desk was completely not honest at all! My child was very sick and was neglected by the quality of care he provided was no good. He said my child was fine. Guess what? Ended up into hospital and discovered the fact of truth about the doctor never checked in. He jotted down the chart and mentioned he checked in. The nurse was unpleasantly confused. I have been taking my children to Dr melvin ever since they were born and would not co.wider seeing any other Dr. he is wonderful and u can tell he sincerely cares about children. he takes time and answers any questions u have. I love this doctor!
I will NEVER again take my child to this Dr and i will not reccomend him to anyone! This past week he admitted my 9 month old into the hospital for labored breathing. The nurses in the hospital were very slow and the first night we were there only checked LOs vitals one time. If my 9 month old is sick enough to be in the hospital he is sick enough to be checked on. When we complained to dr Melvin the next day his words were " I think you are getting wonderful care here i built this wing and i know its the best pediatric wing... read more
