These new owners are the absolute worst people I've ever seen in my life. I lost my key to my storage. I know for a fact from the previous owner thatthey have multiple keys for the storage units. I was charged $25 at the beginning of this month to have a locksmith come to my unit and make me a key. I never received a call. I have called this storage repeatedly and I never get to talk to anyone. I am put on hold for over 2 minutes. I leave a message and no one returns my call. I am going to find another storage to rent. This is one of the best places I have ever rented from. It's clean, has nice hours and reasonable pricing. If I need storage I will be renting here again.
