Never responded to two phone calls over three days. We went with Fuze, who was responsive.
An update to my initial review- We had a failure with one of our units which Melvin installed a little over 2 years ago. We paid him around $17k for all of our units. Contacted Melvin and he came by the next day to diagnose it. He diagnosed it quickly as a faulty circuit board, and told us he'd be in contact. He then avoided me and gave me the run around for over 2 weeks. I'm not sure what happened. Frankly, it would've been nice if he would've just communicated. He did not. Be wary.
We recently purchased a home that did not have air conditioning. We knew we wanted a 5-split system, and reached out to a number of contractors. Melvin won our business for a few reasons: he was quick to respond, his price was the best, and his ideas and suggestions for where to mount units and drain lines was better than anyone else. Installation was efficient, the team was very kind and cleaned up everything. Our system works perfectly and the installation is professional. Highly recommend!
