Located in a nice garden setting. But everything about the rooms are mucky and unkept. Carpet was dirty, there was dust and dirt everywhere. We didn't use the kitchenette as everything felt dingy. Even the dish rack was grimy. Made the mistake of lifting one of the cushions in one of the armchairs and it probably hadn't been cleaned under there for the last 10 years or so. Cannot get my receipt to claim for work
Traveled over from Cootamundra to orange for a week while my son and his mate attended a barca soccer camp for a week! The location was great as it was only 9mins drive to where we needed to have the boys and it was very quiet great amount of grassed area for the boys to run around! Cleaners were friendly! Highly recommend
Convenient location to Borenore Caves, all wineries, dubbo zoo and city centre. Host attentive and organised, room well suited for 2 mids 2 adults, with a bath and 2 toilets makinh life easier. Overall good value and comfortable beds too.
