I’ve done therapy most of my life and it wasn’t until I was referred to Rachel and her team that life really started shifting for me. They are the real deal when it comes to understanding complex issues, anxiety, trauma and the true needs of getting help. They are kind and compassionate and help you feel that way about yourself. It’s important when investing in yourself that you have a team of people who genuinely care. I can’t say enough positive things, wish that I had a 10 button.

Professional and prompt. My child goes here and has seen great improvement the last few months. She has seen therapists at other practices and school but hasn't seen much change. She has enjoyed therapy every place she has gone, but this is the first time we have seen results and change in her. Highly recommend.
