It is a wonderful spa experience for the price. I see a lot of people comparing to Hotel Hershey but Melt is entirely a different kind of experience. If you want the relaxation rooms, steam room and amenities go to the Hotel Hershey and pay more. If you want quality treatments at a lower price point go to Melt. I experienced the full day package yesterday and it was amazing! I especially liked my facial and my manicure/pedicure, but all of the services were great. I had Mary Anne for my facial and Jayne for my pedicure and manicure. I highly recommend MeltSpa!
I had the best massage of my life by Kristen yesterday. So relaxing! I highly, highly recommend Kristen and I will definitely be back and requesting her!
The salon is nice, but the stylist didn't even ask what I was going for. I assumed she was matching my current highlights, but when done it was very brassy. When I asked, she blamed the salon lighting. 100% Not the case, my hair is still brassy (after 3 purple shampoo treatments) and she did not get close to my roots at all!! Guess that's what happens when tip is already guaranteed. I'm a SAHM due in 3 weeks with a baby so no time to go back and get it fixed! This was a rare and special treat for me. I won't be back.
Very calming. I got a wonderful massage. She helped my sciatica pain. I was walking better when I left, and feeling great.
