THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO LIVE HERE! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! ANYTIME ANYTHING TEARS UP THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. ******* THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. MOST OF THE APARTMENTS HAVE MOLD IN THEM BUT THEY DONT CARE! MY SONS CLOTHES IN HIS CLOSET HAVE MOLD ON THEM WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT OF THE CLOSET AND IF YOU PUT SOMETHING UNDER THE BED ITS THE SAME WAY. MY KIDS HAVE BEEN STAYING SICK BECAUSE OF THE MOLD. BEWARE!!
We live here and keep my apartment and garden area clean, free of debris, and comfortable. I contact management when we need repairs.
They company does not maintain the property adequately and they keep raising the rent.
